About Sandi

Sandi received salvation at age fifteen at an old wooden altar in Pasadena, Texas. She had no idea what she had said yes to. It wasn’t until her early 30’s when she developed a love for God’s Word that her life took on new meaning. She has a passion for the House of God. It was there she received salvation, was baptized, received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and began ministry. There she also trained, married, and dedicated their son to the Lord as well as her five grandchildren. She was widowed after 39 years of marriage in March of 2015.

Sandi has been a member of Greater Life Church now River of Praise Church for over twenty five years serving in many capacities. She has served in many different ministries there from singing in the choir, to serving the Pastors on their Executive Leadership Team. She loved teaching and coordinating Bible studies for many years, and overseeing the Pastors prayer team. Sandi feels the Church is vital for developing one’s relationship with God. In the House of the Lord is where she learned how to worship, how to come into his courts with thanksgiving, and how to run to God as her refuge. Countless times she has worshipped her way through many trials and tribulations. He has loved her, and loved her, and loved her until she can’t help but love Him back. Today, she loves pouring out her praise on Him.

Sandi truly believes “what you don't know will hurt you” therefore; she takes advantage of every opportunity wherever she goes to share the truth. This birthed a hunger for a passion to teach other people the truth about the power of the Word. In fact, Sandra her birth name means (Helper of Mankind). God turned her mistakes and pain into a passion to disciple other people to live an abundant life of holiness through the Word of God. “For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight in love.” (Ephesians 1:4) NIV.

She's a teacher, preacher, conference speaker, and loves to minister to women and has a heart to minister to women that are incarcerated. In 2012 Sandi gained a certification in Christian Counseling from the International Christian Institute. She has completed Elijah House School of Ministry under Refreshing Springs Ministries. She has also been trained through Streams Ministries International in Signs, Wonders, Healings and Miracles. She has also completed Ministry Training through Beloved Ministries International.  Her passion is to teach and inspire others to develop a love for God's Word making it a lifestyle. This passion to train, teach, and equip others was birthed through her experiencing God Himself through His Word. The Word is what led her to a personal relationship with the Lord in prayer. Sandi has a passion for intercession, praying for others individually and corporately; and to also train believers to pray effectively. By the Holy Spirit, Sandi has received the revelation that God thinks generationally. Coming from a broken home she is passionate about marriage, families, children; and leaving a legacy of righteousness and faith. Your choices in life matter! God’s word says, “Today I set before you, life and death blessing and cursing. Now choose life, so that you and your descendants may live (Deuteronomy 30:19).”

Lastly, her heart is to see the Body of Christ come into unity believing we have all been baptized by the same Spirit into one body. Sandi was ordained in 2015 at River of Praise Church Tomball, TX by her Pastor’s Richard and Amy Jennings. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Richard Jennings Ministries, as well as OJM International. She’s the Director of OJM West Texas, and the founder of Fountain of Life Global Ministries. She loves the Lord because He first loved her. She often says, "I wouldn't have picked me, but God said He would send me because I said YES."
